We are closed on statutory holidays (New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day). On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve we close early. For any exceptions, please call 416-481-2444.
Yes. We prepare customized medications—creams, capsules, suspensions, and troches—based on your prescriber’s directions. We can make dye-free, sugar-free, or alcohol-free options when appropriate. Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days.
Yes (when in stock). We routinely provide seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines; additional vaccines may be available. Book ahead or walk in, and please bring your health card.
Yes. Use the Request a Refill form on our site or call us with your prescription number. We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery.
Absolutely. We’ll check our suppliers and, if needed, work with your prescriber on alternatives or a suitable compounded option. Contact us with the medication name and strength.
We handle transfers for you. Provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and the name/location of your current pharmacy—we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes. We offer weekly blister packs/compliance packaging and can synchronize your refills so everything is ready at the same time each month.
